Virtual Tour Listings

Once a tour is processed, it will be posted to a unique Internet address. The virtual tour URL can be freely used to link to the client's personal website, company website, MLS listing, or other appropriate sites. TourThisPlace.com also provides an IDX-compliant URL to link the virtual tour to the MLS. TourThisPlace.com posting is automated with some MLS services. However, most MLS services do not allow automatic linking by virtual tour companies. Instructions for posting to the MLS are available upon request (in some markets). As regulations vary by MLS system, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the IDX-compliant URL complies with client's specific MLS regulations.

It is the client's responsibility to enter the property description, price, status, MLS number, and other applicable information about the property.

The virtual tour will be hosted for two years from the date of purchase, until the home is sold, or until the listing expires, whichever comes first. Upon request, TourThisPlace.com will host the tour beyond two years for an additional fee.

Client may not upload copyrighted material to TourThisPlace.com. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that copyright or permission has been granted for all uploaded material, and must provide proof of rights to TourThisPlace.com upon request.

All images and media are the sole property of TourThisPlace.com. TourThisPlace.com reserves all rights to these images, media and content.

Account Plans

TourThisPlace.com offers a pay-as-you-go plan as well as various monthly and annual plans. Paid plans are for use by a single client unless otherwise noted. TourThisPlace.com accounts are restricted to use for real estate purposes. TourThisPlace.com reserves the right to cancel an account at any time for inappropriate use or abuse. Paid plans are billed each month on the 1st day of the month to the credit card on file. If credit card on file is declined, client will be notified and must provide updated credit card information within 10 days. If updated payment information is not provided by the deadline, account will be deactivated until account is made current.

Account Plan can be upgraded at any time. Plan upgrade will go into effect immediately. If upgrade occurs mid-month, client will be billed the prorated amount for the remaining days in the month. If upgrade occurs within 5 days of end of month, the prorated price for current month will be added to next month's fee for billing purposes. Plans can be downgraded at any time. The effective date of downgrade will be the 1st day of the following month. If current plan has been in effect for less than 30 days, the effective date of the downgrade will be the 1st day of the month following a 30 day hold period.

Full Service Virtual Tour Orders

Appointment Procedures

TourThisPlace.com photographers do not have access to Realtor "key boxes" (in most markets). Therefore, the client or his/her representative must be available to give the photographer access to the property. Although we prefer the client to be present at the time the tour is photographed, it is not required. However, if the client is not present, the shots taken will be at the discretion of the photographer.

The home must be clean and presentable at the scheduled time of the tour. The photographer will shoot the home as-is. That is, the photographer will not move objects, straighten or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors, etc. The photographer will, however, turn lighting on or off and open or shut blinds if it results in better images. Due to the nature of photography, the environmental conditions of the home (such as a poorly lit room) may carry through to the virtual tour. Although we use professional lighting equipment and can enhance the photos if necessary, such conditions may still be evident in the final product.

Client is required to have proper permission from the property owner to post information about property and photos of property on the internet. Photography sessions can normally be scheduled between 1 - 5 days from the time of order, but will vary by photographer schedule.

Independent contractors provide all full service photography services. TourThisPlace.com is not liable for any negligence, damages, or any wrongdoing on the part of the independent contractors.

Cancellation Policy

Twenty-four hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four hours notice, a $35 cancellation fee will be charged along with any applicable travel stipends. The photographer will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for the client at the scheduled time of the tour. If the client is more than 15 minutes tardy, it will be considered a cancellation. Once the photographer has photographed a home, the tour may not be cancelled. The client will be charged the full price of the tour. All appointments are made regardless of the weather, except for extreme circumstances (such as flood, fire, earthquake, or tornado) or unless other arrangements are made with the photographer at the time the appointment is scheduled.

Travel Stipends

If the property to be photographed is outside of the normal coverage area of a TourThisPlace.com photographer, a reasonable travel stipend may be charged at the photographer's discretion. The amount of this travel stipend must be agreed upon by both the client and the photographer prior to the appointment. In the event of cancellation, the travel stipend will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee.

Tour Fulfillment

Photography images will be posted online approximately 36 hours after the appointment. An e-mail will be sent to client when posting is complete with details and links related to the virtual tour posting. A special link will also be provided to download the still photos of the property for use on the MLS and other sites. In addition, TourThisPlace.com will e-mail still photos to the client upon request. However, TourThisPlace.com does not post still photos directly to personal/company websites, Realtor.com, MLS services, etc.

Upon request, TourThisPlace.com will post the virtual tour to other websites, if possible. Listing information must already be posted to the requested site before the virtual tours can be attached. In addition, TourThisPlace.com may need additional information from the client in order to post to additional sites.

Other Order Options

Virtual Flyer CD's

Virtual Flyer CD's are approximately the size of a business card and contain a special version of the virtual tour. Internet access is not required to view a Virtual Flyer CD. Virtual Flyer CD's are compatible with most Windows systems. However, due to individual configurations of different systems, Virtual Flyer CD's may not be compatible with some computers.

Listing Domains

A Listing Domain is a custom URL (web address) for the virtual tour. When a Listing Domain is ordered, client will provide a domain name preference. This is a preference only and TourThisPlace.com cannot guarantee that the name will be available. If the name is not available, a list of alternate names will be provided. Listing Domains expire after 1 year, but can be renewed for an additional fee upon written request.

Realtor.com Posting

Through TourThisPlace.com's partnership with Realtor.com, each virtual tour can be attached to the associated Realtor.com listing. A valid address and MLS number must be provided to TourThisPlace.com and the listing must be active on Realtor.com before posting can be completed. Please allow approximately 24 hours from receipt of address/MLS number for tour to be posted to Realtor.com. Exact time may vary depending on availability of the Realtor.com posting system. If the MLS number is changed, TourThisPlace.com must be provided with the new MLS number in order to keep the tour active on Realtor.com. TourThisPlace.com cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability or content on Realtor.com or other 3rd party websites.
