The website is free? There has got to be a catch!
There is no catch! The website has no set-up fee and no monthly or annual hosting/maintenance fees. Our goal is to provide attractive websites for our customers to showcase their real estate listings. With a low fee of just $10 to post each listing, you are able to display your properties with impact and style. As an added bonus, your first listing is free, so there is really no risk to try us out.
How do I order my Free Website?
You can set up your free website by clicking here. The order process just takes a few minutes. The website will be created with some default settings. You can then login to your website and completely customize the site, including: Change your website design/banner; Add/Remove Website Pages; Add Customer Testimonials; Add Real Estate Resources and Local Partners; Add Other Agents; And Much More!
How long does it take for the website to be completed?
The website will be available imediately.
What will be my website URL?
The default website URL will be similar to the following: http://12345.tourthisplace.com.
I own a domain name (i.e. www.myrealty.com). Can I use this to access my site?
Yes you can! We will send you instructions for pointing the domain name to your free website (or we will do it for you for no additional charge). Visitors will then be able to type in your domain name (i.e. www.myrealty.com) and will be brought directly to your website!
I do not own a domain name. How do I purchase one?
You can purchase a domain name through www.godaddy.com.
Can I have a different page on my website than what is included with the standard design?
You are able to add and remove website pages from your Account Control Panel.
May I provide my own "Real Estate Resources" links?
Our sites come with some standard links on the Real Estate Resources page. You may use these default links or add links to other favorite sites. This is a great way to add valuable local and personalized information for your website visitors.
How do I get my listings onto my website?
There are two options to get your listing onto your website.
1) Full Service Option. When you order a Full Service Virtual Tour Package, the listing, photos, and virtual tours will automatically be posted to your website by the staff at TourThisPlace.com. You can also add your own photos and/or tours to the listing, in addition to the ones posted by TourThisPlace.com
2) Self Service Option. You can add a listing to the website through your Account Control Panel using our Self Service option. You can also upload up to 25 still photos of the listing and up to 12 virtual tours per listing. All this for just $10/each!
What if I do not have any new listings for several months. Will I incur any charges?
No - you will not incur any charges if you go a period of time without new listings.
Can I check my website statistics to see how many people are visiting my site?
Coming soon, advanced website statistics will be available for your website.
