There is
no set-up fee or annual or monthly cost to create a "Self
Service" virtual
tour account! You simply pay per listing. This is a tremendous
cost savings over other virtual tour companies.

What
is the charge to add a virtual tour?
The charge
is just $10 per listing to post up to 12 360° virtual
tours and up to 25 still photos. As an added bonus, your
first listing is free, so there is really no risk to try
us out. There is an additional charge to have your tour
posted to Realtor.com. See below for
details.
Once you
add a listing, you will be able to insert the listing web address
into your personal or company website or on the MLS. In addition,
the listing will automatically be posted to the free
website that comes with the Self Service account.

do I sign up for a "Self Service" account?
To
sign-up, click here.
We will need your complete contact information in order to
create the account. Once your account is created, you can begin
posting tours and photos immediately.

Can I create
a "Self Service" tour with just still photos?
That is perfectly fine...
you can just load still photos of your listing
in order to
create an attractive "slide
show"
virtual tour for
your property.
Do you provide an unbranded tour
so that I can post to the MLS?
In addition to the normal virtual tour link,
each listing also comes with an unbranded link that can be used
for posting
to
MLS related sites.
How
do I pay for my virtual tours?
Once
you sign up for a "Self Service" virtual tour account,
you can create your first listing for absolutely free. No
credit card is required. If you add additional listings,
we will
record a credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) and hold this on
file. You
will then be
automatically
charged
each month for any self service listings that you create that
month.
Can
my virtual tour be posted to Realtor.com?
Yes - just
select the "Advertising Add-On" when you post
a listing. We will then post your virtual tour to Realtor.com,
AOL.com, MSN.com, WallStreetJournal.com, Juno.com. plus
several
other popular websites. This will cause your listings
to appear on Realtor.com with
the "Rotating House" icon. Also, your listing will
pull first when buyers searching Realtor.com choose "Display
listings with Virtual Tours first."
There is
an additional $20 fee for this
service. However, if you have a REALTOR.com® account
with "Showcase
Listing Enhancements," this $20 fee is waived. Find

you put the virtual tour onto a CD Virtual
Flyer?
Yes - you
can order our state-of-the-art CD
Virtual Flyers. There is a $10 Set-Up Fee as well as a charge
of $2/CD (minimum order 8).
